Mindful Connection Circles
Experience the healing and joyful practice of Mindful Connection!
This 3-hour retreat offers a dynamic practice in connecting to self and to others through practicing safe, platonic intimacy in a facilitated and free-flowing environment. Affiliated with Cuddle Party, Inc this Practice follows a tried and true format designed to create a safe space for platonic intimacy with self and - to the extent mutually desired! - with others.
What to Expect:
*We have a specified start time and late arrivals are not permitted. (You are - of course - free to leave at any time!)
* 30-45 minute Welcome Circle to establish a safe container emphasizing common language of consent, embodiment, and sovereignty.
* Balance of our time is spent in mindful connection - individually and collectively. This can look like everything from deep internal connection and savasana-type self connection to puppy-pile group connections, and everything in between! At all times, the energy stays platonic, mindful, and authentic.
* Light, healthy refreshments are provided and available throughout

How to Prepare:
* Be sober / not under the influence of alcohol or marijuana
* Be freshly bathed and deodorized
* Bring Clean socks or prepared to be barefoot
* Bring clean fresh clothes to change into - or arrive wearing fresh clothes that are comfortable and you don't mind wrinkling!
Great things to wear: yoga pants, gym shorts, pj bottoms, lounge pants, and tshirts, tank tops. Please do NOT wear: cut-off t-shirts / exposed torsos, racy pjs, hot pants / shorty shorts, or skirts / dresses.

We are hosted by a generous friend in her beautiful home in the Sun Lakes neighborhood. The location is ADA accessible and home to 2 hypoallergenic dogs. When you book your ticket, you will be asked about your preferences to have the dogs join, or be absent. Please let us know if you are extremely sensitive to animal dander so we can run the HEPA filter, and we encourage you to take care of yourself at all times.
